Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of research-use materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

1. General Policy

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering errors
  • Improper handling or misuse
  • Opened or used products

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

You must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery. Your claim must include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence

Upon review, we may, at our discretion:

  • Provide a replacement
  • Issue a store credit
  • Offer a refund in rare cases where replacement is not possible

3. Non-Delivery

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The order was not delivered due to an error on our part
  • The carrier confirms loss in transit
  • The claim is submitted promptly

Refund eligibility is determined solely at our discretion.
